How GraphaERP fits together

The modules, how an order flows through them, and where to start.

GraphaERP is one system for running a manufacturing business. Sales orders, inventory, production, purchasing, shipping and finance share the same products, the same stock ledger and the same production plan, so a change in one place shows up everywhere it matters.

The life of an order

  1. Sales order. An order is entered in the app or pushed from your webstore through the API, then confirmed.
  2. Planning. The production planner reserves available stock for the order, plans work orders for anything that has to be built and lists the parts that are short.
  3. Purchasing. Short parts show up in the Purchasing Hub. You create, approve and send purchase orders, and receipts add stock to the ledger.
  4. Production. Work orders appear in Production Control and on the Planning Board. Operators run them from the Operator Station with step-by-step instructions.
  5. Shipping. Finished goods are packed, labeled and shipped in one or more shipments.
  6. Finance. Revenue, product costs, expenses and taxes roll up for any period.
