Create your workspace

Sign up, start your free trial and fill in your company profile.

Sign up

1. Go to Start free trial. Continue with Google, or enter your work email, your name and a password of at least 8 characters.
2. Name your company and pick the plan for your trial. Every module is included on every plan; plans differ by team size.
3. Optionally add teammates' email addresses. Each one gets an invitation to join your workspace.
4. Select Create workspace. You land on the dashboard, signed in as the workspace admin.

Company profile

Open Settings → Company. Enter your company name, address, phone, email, tax ID and logo. They appear on the documents you generate, such as sales orders, purchase orders and packing slips.

Choose the Reporting currency (CAD, USD, EUR or GBP). Finance totals and reports are shown in it, while each order keeps the currency it was sold or bought in.

Joining a company that invited you

Open the link in your invitation email. You can also sign up with the invited email address: the invitation is detected and you join that company with the role you were given, without creating a new workspace.

Signing in later

Sign in at Sign in with your email and password or with Google. If you forget your password, choose Forgot password? to get a reset link by email.
