Plan

Confirm it. The plan writes itself.

Stock is held first. Work orders are sized for what's missing, shortages become draft purchase orders, and the ship date says exactly what it's waiting on.

  • Multi-level BOMs exploded in one pass
  • Work orders placed on real line capacity
  • Time estimates learned from the floor
  • Change the order and everything downstream follows

Drop in the quote. The PO fills itself.

The shortages are already on draft purchase orders, one per supplier. Drop in a supplier's PDF quote and its lines, pack sizes and prices are matched to your parts and land on the PO. Then approve and send them in one go.

  • Draft POs grouped by supplier
  • Approvals with signatures, PO PDFs in either currency
  • Supplier quotes and invoices read from PDF
  • Tariffs and import fees tracked

The floor sees one job, one step at a time.

Operators open the next work order on any screen. Each step lists the parts to pick and the checks to record, and the time it really took goes back into the plan.

  • Step-by-step work instructions
  • Parts to pick and checks to record per step
  • Timers that learn the real time per item
  • Labels print from the step

    Questions

    Answers before you ask sales.

Something else? Email support@grapha.ca and we will get back to you.

You get 7 days of full access on the plan you choose, with no credit card. Everything you set up stays when you subscribe. The app shows how many days are left, and you can pick a plan any time from Settings → Billing & Subscription.

Your workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, look things up and export your data, and editing comes back the moment you select a plan. If no plan is chosen, your data is kept for at least 30 days, and the account admin is emailed before anything is deleted.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever your team changes. Downgrading only asks you to choose which people keep access if you are above the new plan's seat count.

No. It runs in any modern browser. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners work out of the box, phones scan with the camera through the installable shop-floor app, and Zebra label printers are supported for ZPL labels.

Both. Confirmed sales orders reserve stock and plan work orders for what is missing. Assemblies set to autorun keep a minimum stock level the planner maintains from recent demand, and you can always add manual work orders.

Create products and multi-level BOMs in the app, connect a SolidWorks PDM database to bring parts across, and push orders from your webstore or other systems through the documented REST API. Supplier quotes and invoices can be imported from PDF with AI.

Yes. Every record belongs to your company and every query is scoped to it. People get admin, manager, operator or viewer roles, API keys act only within your company, and you can sign out every other device from your account settings.

Sales orders keep the currency they were sold in, purchase orders can be entered in the supplier's currency, and finance reports in your reporting currency (CAD, USD, EUR or GBP). GST, HST and QST, tariffs and import fees are tracked and exportable.
