How the trial works, choosing a plan, changing or cancelling it.

Every module is included on every plan.
The free trial
New workspaces get 7 days of full access on the plan chosen at sign-up, with no credit card. A banner shows how many days are left as the end approaches.
Choosing a plan
Open Billing & Subscription in the sidebar (or Settings → Plan & team), select a plan and add a card. Payment is processed by Stripe. Everything you set up during the trial carries over.
Changing or cancelling
Admins can change plans at any time. Moving to a plan with fewer seats asks which people keep access. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.
If the trial ends
The workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, look things up and export data, and editing returns as soon as a plan is selected. If no plan is chosen, data is kept for at least 30 days and the account admin is emailed before it is deleted.
